Love At First Sight (Part Two)
Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
It was kinda slow this Saturday at the hospice, at least for me. Families in the rooms with the doors closed. Usually Saturday's are kinda busy. I sat and visited again with the badge office lovers from last week (See post "Badge office love). Her husband was there today.
We talked quit a long time until they both got tired. He was a bomber pilot and then an instructor for B-24's in Amarillo, Texas, then in El Paso, Texas, during World War 2. She was in the army also, she worked in the badge office in a base in Amarillo, Texas. He said that as soon as he heard that the Japanese had surrendered, he called Billie, back in Amarillo, to propose marriage. Love at first sight for both of them!
Do you know of anyone who fell in love at first sight? Can you tell me about it in the comments section?
