He Had Been Her Whole Life.
Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
My shadow and I was in the room of John L. McConn, he was the patient, a famous attorney, and the former Mayor of Houston, Texas. His three granddaughters were in the room. They were friendly and very beautiful ladies. They were very concerned about the care of the grandfather that they loved so much.
They told me in glowing voices that their grandparents had been married for seventy-one years! Their grandmother was still alive, but in deep mourning. She was married to this man for seventy-one years and didn't know what to do without him!
They told me how their grandmother had taken such good care of her husband when he was sick. She cooked great home cooked meals and took loving care for him. He had been her whole life!
She was not there yet, but would be coming soon. They had a big family and was concerned about letting too many people into the room. They were a big Catholic family and there was much love among them.
