The Lady Pool Shark

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

I walked into a room with the basket of prayer cloths in my arm.  There was two white women and a man with a lady patient.  The patient was in her nineties and unconscious.  The other three family  members were middle aged, maybe in their sixties.  They seemed like very nice folks.

They were overjoyed to take a prayer cloth when I explained what they were and why I was giving them out.  Out wonderful hospice volunteers make them by hand, and they are all different.  They was hesitant to take more the one each, very modest people,

One of the ladies, shoulder length hair and a bit plump, started telling me about her mother.  She owned a thousand dollar pool cue and was a very good billiards player.  She said that her mother was quiet the pool shark!  I told her that y father had also liked to play pool at the local bar.

Her parents would travel around the country and watch and play in a lot of the pool tournaments.  She said that they meet all of the great pool players in the country and that her mother loved billiards.  Every where they went everyone wanted to play her.

Being that she was a woman pool player, not too many took her seriously until they got whipped by her!  After that they admired her, and always anted to play with her.  Billiards was her life and she lived a good life!

Have you ever known a pool shark before?  Can you tell me about it in the comments section?
