Mohammed
Hello everyone. Praise the Lord!
On my way out after spending several hours with Dr. Nick, I noticed that Al, out security guard was not there. Another young man was there instead. He is a young black man named Mohammed. He is a refugee from Somalia. He said that Al was moved to a different schedule.
His mother left him with his grandmother in Somalia and she went to Dubai to work. His family lived in the port area of Mogadishu, the capital city of Somalia. Mohammed got sick one day and lost wight. His mother came back home to see about him. She decided to take him to Dubai and see a doctor. They found out that he was a diabetic!
Not long later they moved together to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Then they moved to Houston, Texas. He is now attending Prairie View A&M University to study Electrical Engineering. Smart guy!
