Schrier House Ghost

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

Used as the headquarters for the cast of Ghost of Morgan City, The home built in the early 1900s proved to have some spirits of its own. Once the home of very successful businessman and former mayor of Morgan City, Louisiana,

The residents served as the site for the public viewing of Maurice E. Norman. In the summer of 1931, Norman suffered a stroke on his way home from a meeting with Governor Huey P. Long. Over 5,000 people were said to have walked through the home to pay their respects to Mr. Norman.

Some strange occurrences include lights turning on and off when no one is around, and apparitions being seen on multiple occasions. Today, the building is the Morgan City archives. It is located at 501 Federal Avenue Morgan City Louisiana.
