Idlewild Plantation Ghost

Hello everyone.  Praise the Lord!

Built in an 1850s, The Idlewild historic plantation, in Port Gibson, Louisiana, was once used as a hospital during the Civil War, as well as a treatment facility during one of the major yellow fever epidemics that swept across the state. This is enough information to let us know that hundreds of people had died on the plantation, most in a horrible manner!

Reporting occurrences of mysterious sounds and missing jewelry, The owners believed that it is haunted by one of the nurses who once cared for the ill during the epidemic. The crew of Ghost of Morgan City was able to capture the image of a full-bodied apparition during their investigation. Today this is a private residence.
