Battle Of Irish Bend Ghost

An area that tragically ran thick with the spilled blood of Civil War soldiers, was a place called Irish Bend, in Franklin, Louisiana. It is said to be haunted by the souls of the brave men who died during the battle.

The Allain House is thought to be haunted by the ghost of one of the young civil war soldiers who died as a result of the Battle of Irish Bend. Today this is a private residence.
